Northern lights ?

Not really. In the last night when we were about to sleep before the long journey home, thy sky prepared a nice show for us.

The green glowing bands in the sky are Airglow – atmospheric light radiation that cause the night sky to never be completely black. Some parts were even visible with the naked eye and the entire sky and foreground were brighter than without airglow.
